Types of Volunteers

Construction

Congregations, corporations, trade associations, civic organizations and other groups are an integral part of Habitat home construction. Working as a construction crew is a great way to build teamwork and spirit within your group while contributing to a family’s and community’s stability.

Habitat TriState also welcomes individual volunteers to help with construction projects.

Call 513-942-9211 or email tristate@habitat-tristate.org to learn about the variety of ways that you can get involved or Sign-up online.

We especially need skilled construction leaders, who are available on a regular basis. Construction leaders should have some knowledge of construction planning and organization and be able to supervise and train volunteers. Crew leaders should be able to supervise and train volunteers in a particular task (such as painting or drywall).

Non-Construction

Many of Habitat for Humanity's key volunteers never swing a hammer. You can Sign-up online for any of the positions listed below. Please check the opportunity that interests you in the "Committee and Support Volunteer Positions" section of the form.

You may also email us at tristate@habitat-tristate.org or call our office at (513) 942-9211 for more information.
